It’s a “Cover Photo” for the facebook page dedicated to our blog A Canvas Of The Minds (so yeah, those of you who are subscribed to that blog as well are getting a double dose today). For those of you who haven’t checked out Canvas, you really ought to have a look. It’s a great site with multiple authors talking about all aspects of mental health.
So while I am verbally stunted, I did something tactile. Ta-da!

Mwah! Is beautiful! I love it!
Yay, thank you! I hoped that you would!
Must adopt graphic…. tooo pretty….
Aw, thanks! Adopt away (for the record, this is a photograph taken of a collage I made – which is handy, because it can be easily altered and adapted to include new bloggers).
Nice work! I really like it!!
Thank you so much! It took me a while to arrive at the best method of doing this, but I was quite pleased with the finished product.
I love it! This is wonderful. Are those representations of the authors of Canvas of the Minds?
They are! from left to right, Sarah, DeeDee, James, Vivien, me, Laura, Lulu, Monday, Angel, Always, Novalee.
Ruby,
It’s so sweet, and virtually knowing must of you, it was pleasant to see you all together.

Thank you ever so. It’s a fine little family portrait, I think.
I find myself briefly wishing WordPress were like Facebook so I could like this comment.
I have those moments myself. You can always put those little thumbs up/thumbs down options on comments, but to me that’s not so much giving a way to ‘Like’ as a potential opportunity to criticize, and I will not have that on my blog!
You could say that it’s your blog and thumbs down aren’t allowed, lol. I actually don’t like the thumbs up and down on everything, either. I feel like it’s a bit too much . . . it seems like it would be clutter to me, at least on my blog.
It sure is! Best one I’ve ever been in, that’s for sure.
LOL! Well my breasts have certainly never been bared around my family before, so I thank all of you for indulging the exhibitionist in me!
Totally awesome!
I like the parallel to a family portrait. What a funny little family we are.
Thank you, DeeDee. I do think of us that way, and I think that this is a sweet way to get us all together.
Great collage and great family portrait. I like how you have each person represented. Good on you girl, see we may be verbally stunted but our creativity wings soar!
Thank you, Baroness. I confess I am more than a little pleased, as I have never had much ability in the area of visual arts (aside from photography). It still makes me feel good to look at, though the words still will not come. . .
It’s the virtual version of the party I wish we could all have. Great!!
You said it! I wish we didn’t all live so darned far from one another.
One of the drawbacks to interacting in virtuality.
Now that would be quite the shindig! I’d make all of the arrangements for it, it’s been a long time since I used my hostess muscles and I am itching to do so again. . . But alas, this party could only be given in my mind!

I could say it, but if I’m going to put it out there, I’m going to do it without restriction. I agree with you about the clutter thing, but honestly the main reason I’ve never done it is because I have this whole thing about not relying on others for validation, and that extends to the comments made on my blog.
